Location was convenient, close to popular spots in the city and public transportation. The breakfast had a decent selection. The staff was helpful and polite.

The rooms were small and not very well-maintained. The noise level from nearby trains was extremely high and made it difficult to sleep.

Gurdwara bangla sahib was just 1 mile away. We strongly recommend it to family as staying here was comfortable.

Everything we wanted to see, such as connaught place was within a walking distance of the venue. It is adjacent to the airport❤

Hotel Emarald proved to be a gem during my stay in Delhi. the attention to detail was impressive. The staff was helpful and organized, ensuring a smooth airport pick up. Secondly, the location was fantastic, with easy access to everything in the central area of the city. Being near a railway station was not a problem for me, as I had requested a road-facing room, which minimized any noise disturbance. Lastly, the value for money was excellent. The basic amenities were all in order, and the breakfast buffet provided a satisfactory start to the day.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Bedroom and bathroom were very clean, dining room was "tired!" But breakfast and dinner was adequate.

Initial reception at 3.00 am, tried to upgrade us for an extra charge.
